Matt is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has been in public accounting since 2006. Matt has worked exclusively with the Messina-Masisak Group LLC until he became the managing owner in 2022. Outside of work, Matt is married with four kids, including a set of twins. In his free time, he likes to travel and root on his Cleveland sports teams.

Katie is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is a significant contributor in preparing tax returns, bookkeeping, compliance, as well as dealing with various tax authorities. She provides exceptional support and guidance to our clients in all aspects of accounting and tax related matters. Outside of work, Katie enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé and cats. She hopes to someday buy a house on Marco Island, Florida.

Charlotte attended Cleveland State University as an undergrad Bachelor of Science in Psychology. With years of hands-on experience in communication and people management, she helps keep the office and HR operations running smoothly. She is responsible for developing and implementing procedures, managing expenses, billing, administrative tracking systems, and all Human Resource related matters. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new hobbies. She hopes to travel abroad and eventually move down south where it is warm and sunny.

Missy is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She serves as a primary point of contact to our clients and all professional correspondences. Her roles include organization and scheduling of company meetings and appointments, vital updates to company databases, preparation of official documents, tax compliance, and daily assistance to keep company operations running smoothly. Outside of work, Missy enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with watching her children play sports. She also enjoys traveling and hopes to one day see Ireland and Scotland.
